About Jean…

I’ve always had a need to create. As a former, award-winning, freelance pen and ink artist, my work is displayed in universities, government buildings, businesses, and homes throughout the area. Since then, I’ve put down my “drawing” pen to pick up another and write Finally Home. A creative venture that has been the most rewarding for me. Yes, I write the old-fashion way. Sitting on my back porch with my coffee, surrounded by wonderful memories. I suppose it’s a form of drawing. Only now, I’m drawing a picture with words.

Finally Home was influenced by great talent and the wonderful experiences I’ve had with friends around the globe while in London. Like most of the characters in Finally Home, I live in a small, Alabama town near Montgomery, where I spent my childhood.

With an interest in meeting people and the different views that are unique in us all, I invite you to join in the discussions about Finally Home. Drop by often and give us your view. I’d love to hear from you even if it’s just to say hello. There’s no telling what you might learn and who knows, you may be the spark for my next book.
